I have multiple appointments set for a person in outllok over time . The way I set this is by code from my form where the appointments are added based ona date and it generates; 4 future dates as 3 month appointment; 9 month , 1 year and 2 year. All this takes place with a single click operation. Now what I am looking for is a way to delete future appointments for that person if the Patient dead box is checked on the form. The box is a checkbox and called "Dead". The initial apointment subjects include the name and SSN of the patient from the form itself.
