I am trying to figure out which permissions I need to grant to get this working. I've got one administrative assistant who needs to be able to open up the Global Address Book in Outlook and modify the Phone/Notes tab and fill in home numbers/cell numbers etc. I thought there was a way I can use the delegate control wizard to give the ability to do this. But I can't get it working. Any ideas??

Please anyone know the solution?

are you using Exchange 2003?

enable the OWA, and set the permissions to a certain user to do that on the OWA GUI.

I did similar to certain users who should have access to some parts, so I guess it should be identical.

The permissions you will set it up in Outlook, of course

We already use OWA here in the company. How do I enable this feature so she can edit all the users phone information in OWA?

use outlook to access the public folders and set the permissions there.

Under the public folders I dont see one labled Global Address List. I've seen the other option as well, however getting our users to update their own info would be like pulling teeth.

BTW we are using Exchange 2003
