Delayed VMs from Dell Desktop with VMPRO

Hi all,

I have an issue with IPO 500 V2. VMPRO is loaded on a Dell PC and if I reboot the PC the delayed VMs problem goes away for some time. Then after a month or so starts sending VMs that are up to a week old. Software version is 8.1. Any help appreciated.

Which 8.1 version? There are 12 of them =)

Might be worth upgrading to latest 8.1 service pack.

What version is the control unit running and what version is VM pro running? Typically on R8.1 I run R8.1(85) on the control unit and voicemail pro I run R8.1.9803. R8.1(95) is rather buggy especially when it comes to SIP and earlier versions have some firmware issues. I have not had any issues with VM pro R8.1.9803.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

enable the SMTP logging and see if the delay is really the VmPro or if it is stuck in the email delivery system after of course upgrading to the latest R8.1 version.
