Delayed VMPro CallBack

Using VMPro PostDialling module I activated a callback feature to all "CLI" recognized callers.

The caller enter VM, listen the message, his own CLI is "recorded" ($CLI), then the conversation is closed by VMPro.
Then, VMpro call back the "acquired" number (MOBILE Phones) and make the called user is able to choose the given chances.

Everything runs but... VMpro is so fast to recall after hanging down that the call enter the (called-back) user Mobile Mbox.

Simple question: is there a way to delay the Outgoing call-back ??

You're right Bas, 4.1(40 for VMPro, 4.1(12) for IP 500

Run it in Intuity mode, IP Office mode could give you problems.

Simply insert a menu with a ~3 second timeout in between the disconnection then call back.
 
I did, Agile, but because the ISDN signalling as soon the caller hang down the call back starts.....

Would you mind telling me how you recognise if the CLI is presented or not.

The CLI is recognized by using the $CLI variable, which is passed through.

The call back feature has been requested just for Company Mobile users.
