Delayed Ring feature broken 1

I have an S8700 (R012x.01.0.411.7) on which the Delayed Ring feature has decided to quit working. The System-parameters form has delayed ring transition interval set to 2 rings. The station forms have "Per Button Ring Control" and "Bridged Call Alerting" set to "y" and the appearances set to "d". When a call rings to a call-appearance (bridged or primary) set to delayed the call never transitions to audible, it just sits and flashes silently. The feature worked until aproximately six months ago then just stopped.

To get the delay to work on a bridged apperance the primary number station should be changed on page 3 to auto a/d y on the call apperance you want delayed

You da MAN letman! You just solved in 20 minutes what our tier 3 support and Avaya themselves have been struggling over for almost six weeks.

You said it all. I usually wind up answering my own question when I am on the phone with Avaya support. (avaya support = more experience looking up stuff in their documentation)
