Where in the CUCM can I change the delay when entering the phone number on the phone? It busy out if you take to long entering the number and has become very frustrating to enter the number quickly.

The timer you are looking for is called the interdigit timeout.
Here a link for cucm 3 & 4 but (if i recall correctly) on higher versions it's the same timer and can be found roughly on the same spot
I’ve done a search and saw that link but I don’t see that menu in our CUCM. We are on version 8 and I’m in the CUCM Administration. Do I navigate to the CU Serviceability, CU OS Administration or stay where I’m at?

Okay figured it out. CUCM Admin> System> Service Parameters then pick your Server and Service is Cisco CalManager then go down to T302 Timer. Ours was set at 3000 so I changed it to 6000 to see how that works.
