delay to voice mail

I was reading this post

for answers about the number of ring delays to voice mail.

I have a merlin 7.10 and audix VM.

I have a receptionist station that has one station as a primary cover. Both phones ring simultaneously.
When the receptionist station is not answered after 3 rings I want it to go to the day greeting.

It is set for 3 rings in sysprog>extensions>more>more>coverdelay>groupcover
for that extension.

It rings forever without going to voice mail.

Any hints are appreciated.

Pu the receptionist's phone in the voice mail coverage group (maybe group 30)
