Delay time when make call outside

Hi all,
I have a question, do you have an error like me? When make call outside, I often have a delay time (about 15- 20 seconds) before hearing tone.
I'm using MXONE-TSW05 and Sec5.
With CC who often make calls outside for customer it waste a lot time.

please check your outside trunks, may be some outgoing trunks are blocked

We have 4 ISDN (30B+D), I'll check with service provider. But I want to ask MXONE has feature like tone and pulse dial?
