I am an admin user trying not to call vendor for a simple change that isn’t so simple... , have access to switch via remote IP. System in night mode almost all the time. Have some phones that ring immediately, others on a delay. Customer wants one more added to delay ring but cannot find where they made that happen, virtual # of 299 programmed. I tried a set copy as well didn’t seem to take. Is their a particular place to assign night ring delay? They have checks on key 48 on he ones that work, tried that as well. Programming kind of not straight forward on these things as far as ring assignments go…. Thanks
