Where do you change the amount of time a multi-call will ring when set to delay ring?

This can be a difficult task if you use a lot of different COS's for different users. Assuming all users that have the multikey have the same COS the delay ring time is the difference between the delay ring timer and the call forward no answer timer. for example if the CFNA is 20 sec and the Delay timer is 8 seconds the set will ring for the difference of 12 seconds.

It gets more difficult if the sets do not have the same COS's. You must determine the set that has the lowest Bay Slot and CCT assignment in the system as this is the set that will control the ringing of the multikey.
