Delay on email

I have one user... Well that I know of...That has this problem

When he is sent an email he does not get it until another email is sent to him. He then gets the first email with the 2nd email not sent. He would get the 2nd email if some one sent him another ! and so on with one email always not on his client.
Hope you can follow that

You can see the router sending it to his account

We are using Notes 5.0.9a Clients

Anyone have any ideas plz ?

Is the user accessing a local replica of their mail file instead of the one on their mail server?

No he only uses the server

If you can see the router sending to his account then it seems likely that he is looking at a replica, not necessarily a local replica but possibly one on another server? maybe one that is part of a cluster? Compare the server and file path on the user's person document with the properties of the database they have open (make sure you see this with your own eyes, you know those users, they do have a tendancy to lie... Bless 'em)

Yeh users....

I could not see anoter copy. Anyway I deleted his account and set it up again and all is well.

I have no idea what was going on but thanks to you guys for your help.
