Delay between voice-announcements on CCR

I know CCR is a little oldfashion, but we experiencing a minor problem om our system.

When we play 2 announcements from CCR there's a delay of more then 4 seconds between them...

The first solution I found was to check if de RLS key was properly programmed. I've check that and all the MMail-agents are rightly configured.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem??

System info: M1 RLS 25.40; CCR: R3V7.

The delay may be coming from the miran card ie, is there enough conference ports available for callers and it maybe useful to check the route settings
ie
RDB
RTYP lvl,con,mlss (announement start/stop/continious)
STRT imm,etc..
or did someone record a 4 seconds of silence
 
I'm sorry!

I was forgotten to say that where working with Meridian Mail. Also this problem is a system wide problem with involves all scripts and announsments.

The delay al always the same, maybe that is helpful also to the solution for this problem...

Any one? Any idea??

Could it be the leading and trailing silences on the announcements?

Listen to the messages in mail? do they start immeadiately and end promptly?

The mail announcements don't have any silence before or after the message.

There are plenty of channels. Like I said the delay is always the same.
 
If this is where youre talking about I've have phantom DN's 1004435 and included them in the VSDN table... Have you tried that?

Give IVR 4999 with treatment 1004435
If Time of day = 07:00..11:59

Give IVR 4999 with treatment 2004435
If Time of day = 12:00..18:00

Try put a ringback between the 2 GIVE IVR's?

The voice announcements aren't phantoms. They're only the IDs in Meridian Mail. These IDs are in the VSDN table.

The Ringback is not an option because we have a lot announcements such as 'Welcome to....' and the a seperate announcement for '...department finance.' So we only need to add the department name if we need to create a new group.
This also applies to the closing announcements.

I don't think that it is something in the scripting or in the anouncements it self but i think is some thing structual in the programming of the link between CCR <=> M1 <=> Mail....
