Delay auto attd 2

I am trying to set up a delay auto attd & have done this b4 but can't seem to get it to work
I'm setting up group 775 with overflow to 770 with 20 seconds & when I test it it picks up immediately. What am I doing wrong???? Thanks

Make sure you set the NUMBER to 99.

That may be the issue.

-OR- Make sure the lines are not assigned to your Voice Mail Ports.

Are these POTS lines or a DID as the main number? If POTS, I asually set up a phantom user with the POTS lines assigned, assign pricipal user to that phantom, then set-up that phantom as Auto-attendant 1. It will then ring the appropriate number of rings before call covering to voicemail.

Thank you both- My issue was not setting the calls to 99- I figured it out after a while.
