defragment icon 2

Problem
I have a shortcut that points to defragment and works fine however it's attributes changes unusually it changed to make certificates folder open any ideas

Check the shortcut. Does the properties have a target of

%SystemRoot%\System32\dfrg.msc

and a Start In of

C:\WINDOWS\System32
