Thanks in advance for any help.
I have 4-elevators on analog ports. They were all named individually so the operator would know which elevators emergency phone was calling. Some how this has changed and now all four show 1000b when calling the operator. None were named 1000b before. When I pull up the station list or the station page it show the correct name for each elevator. Not having issues with any other ports. ??????

Do you have a hunt group or VDN by that name? My thought was that maybe the name of something else got changed in the PBX and that name is somehow showing up now.

Are they programmed as stations?

Are these in a COS that has Client Room turned on? Is this system connected to a PMS?

What software version?

I will have to check on these when I get back on site. Thank you for pointing me is some kind of direction. Will let you know what I come up with.

If all stations show unique name, and calls are made from each elevator to a display
phone or attendant and show "1000b" then you need to test incoming calls to these phones.
Sounds like someone rewired them and they are all the same extension.
