Definity SAT Terminal

hey ...

my technician recently showed me about accessing the voicemail system as we have to do it locally on the machine.

I have all the notes however he mentioned that on the login screen there are two different types of login screens and you have to “switch” between them to get the right one.

how can i switch between definity and audix ?

Are you using a SAT terminal connected to a tracker.

no ... i have two cables connected from the serial ports at the terminal to the definity and audix system

SAT operation - Connect the PBX to the connector on the back of the 715 BCS
Terminal labeled P2 (DTE). A Null Modem is NOT required.
If you use port 1 for the SAT Terminal connection a Null Modem cable IS
required.

Control Enter toggles between P1 and P2
P1 switch
P2 audix

The "switch"....I believe is the right SHIFT key and the ENTER key that's on the number pad over on the right.
