Hello,

I'm having an intermittant problem with a vector that collects 5 digits for an account code and then ques to split. It seems to be failing during busy hours ( complaints rise at busy hours )where the caller, myself testing included, have entered 5 digits and just sit there without being transferred or hearing music and then disconnected after about 15 minutes. Agents are available during these tests.

I've looked at tone-receiver measurements and DTMF peak allocation is 4 and C-TTR is 8 peak allocation.

I have a 2182B, a 744D v3, a TN750C and v11 software.

All calls come in on a PRI and there are no errors in the ds1 log.

Display Events for vectors shows several of these entries:

I'm not sure what else to look at for this type of error.

Any suggestions ?

09 disconnect after announcement none

Try adding this step and see if it helps.

The next time you test, can you use list trace vector xxxx and post the results?

I might be incorrect, but I don't see any goto or route to steps for a specific set of 5 digits? I know you have your queue-to step at 3, but are you intending to send the caller somewhere specific, or is it just set to accept any 5 digits?

We do the same thing here; the digits are stored and then when the call is delivered to an agent, the agent uses the "callr-info" button to display the digits that the caller input earlier.

Yes, sorry it took so long to reply. The agent presses the caller-id button to display the info. It's been working for a few years other than this new disconnect issue.

I'll capture a trace and post it later. I'm off-site right now.

Thanks for replying how you utilize collect digits for account code. Definitely learn something new everyday.
