Hi all

I'm trying to connect my router cisco in the Definity Prologix pbx.
I can make calls from my cisco FXS phone to extensions in prologix, but i'm unable to receive calls in the router.

I'm configuring cisco as h323 gateway.

thanks!

Can you give more detail? I'm assuming you are linking the Avaya to the Cisco router using H323. So in the Avaya did you create a new trunk group, route pattern, etc. to steer calls to the disparate extension over the new trunk group (to the router)?

If you are trying to “borrow” an existing extension you made need to make an entry in the Uniform Dial Plan and use AAR to route “internal” extension calls to the Cisco side. You can use list trace station on the Avaya side to see where the call fails.

Prologics can support g3v6 up to g3v13. What's your Definity software version?

clan and medpro FW and board types?

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"
