Definity extension only accept inter-call but not external

Dear all,

We are using Definity G3Si v6.3 with 6408D+ extension, is there potential problem that cause one of the extension can only receive inter-call from other extensions, all calls from external are go to the voice mail after few rings. But the targeted extension has never rang or flashed light at all.

Check your coverage path...sounds like you might find that it's set for "all call's" in the external field.... Just a thought.

Thx for your solution and we've checked. It's default settings :

Station/Group Status Inside Call Outside Call
Active? n n
Busy? y y
Don't Answer? y y
All? n n
DND/SAC/Goto Cover? y y

Besides, the extension is remapped as followings :
[Outside Caller] 1234-'9'111 > Ext '8'111
[Inter-call] 8111 > Ext 8111

So, any other settings should I checked? Many many thx!

Can you make a list trace stationxxx?
Status station xxx, maybe SAC activated or a forward?
 
Your sure it's within your "did" range aren't you?......

This would also be my guess. It's not one of your DID extensions assigned to you by your provider.
