I need some help? Does anyone have a recommendation on a total corporate wide CAS. We have 9 Definity's accross our network and want to implement a corporate system? Please share your thoughts?
I have evaluated some Call Accounting systems recently, and found the Veramark Ecas platform the most versatile. and it's Avaya's preferred call accounting system.

We just had MicroCall call accounting (from MicroTell) installed on our system. I haven't had much time to play with it yet, but it appears to be pretty comprehensive. More at
