Does anyone know if the DEfinity Audix 3.2(tn566) is still supported? and how much it would be to upgrade to Audix 4.0(tn568)? Thanks

The maintenance parts are really hard to come by now I tried to buy a a cleaning tape and couldn't find one anywhere. Resellers will still support it but I'm not sure about Avaya.

Avaya no longer sells the Definity Audix, so upgrading to a 4.0 may be very dificult to do.

I would try contacting a re-seller and see if they can upgrade your Audix 3 to a Audix 4 on a time and materials basis. If you are in the UK then I might be able to get an Audix 4 for you.
