I have a customer with a Definity, we're connecting a speech attendant via digital set emulation to Dialogic D42...
When calling on the DID assigned to the hunt group you can use the "locate" feature (cell phone, home phone, etc.)
When ringing the hunt group pilot INTERNALLY, you can't...
hmmmmm. I'm not a Definity expert, know the smaller switches better so this is a head scratcher.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
