Sorry about the basic questions but I'm new to the platform.

I was able to access the definity g3 thru ASA via modem and everything works fine. I printed out my IP interface and was wondering if I can access this via the network. CLAN 1 I can ping but when I go thru ASA I cannot get to it. Can this sytem be administered via the network. Does it use a different network interface (clan 2)? Also the system has audix voicemail which I'm using hyperterminal to access via modem. My function keys do not seem to be mapped right. What are the settings to communicate correctly with Audix?

Sorry about the basic questions but new to the platform.

Hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?

Command: display ip-services
Command: list node-name

SAT programming here will return the port to use with the CLAN(s)
name(s) or ip_address(s).

The commands above will also return Audix node-name / ip_address
With ASA terminal emulation, use 4425 for the switch and Audix to get function keys to work.
