Definity ACD

Is there an overview of the ACD Call Center capabilities of Avaya switches somewhere that I could access/read/whatever?

Also, what port does the switch communicate ACD activities to outside servers through?

I'm an Avaya virgin, and have extensive experience on Nortel so if one could give me some parallel terminology in each it would be extremely helpful.
