defining characters ????

Hello,

is there a way to define characters for displaying ?
I know it works for printerfiles, but haven't found something for DSPF. I need the charaters for displaying a tree structure of a parts list. Greetings Bernd Wik

you could try using SDA (Screen Design Aid) for your DSPF and if the field that you need in your screen is only for display, create an output field in your screen layout.
