Is there a way to have a column on a table prefill when another column is updated?
 
This is possible using functions like Now() or Date() as the default value.&nbsp;&nbsp;Is this the type of thing you are looking for?<br><br>Drew
 
I belive you will have to code a little VB on the desired event for the field.
 
If you want to do this at the table level, you need to use a function, like the Date() that Drew mentioned. If you want to do it at the form level, you can refer to the other field in the form in the DefultValue property like this:<br>=OtherControlName
