Without going into too many details of the scenario, is it possible to set up the off-hook behavior of the IP Office with a 9608 phone to either default to a specific button or wait for an intentional button press before selecting an available line? Basically the preference is for a call to be made on the bridged appearance rather than the user's own call appearance (but still to have individual call appearances and a unique extension number) so either defaulting to a bridged appearance off-hook or being forced to press a button before dialing is needed.
