Default Start Points

I think that this may be a common fault but every now & then I need to reset the default collect and leave in VM Pro.

I have upgraded the software but it still happens.

Has anyone else have this issue and if so is there a fix?

How do you mean you have to reset them
Normally they are blank & everything jut works.

it is extremely rare that I experience any issues with VM Pro, the most common problem is loss of power to the PC.



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

On the leave mail and collect mail I have to remove the link save it relink and save again. Otherwise when retrieving mail you have to enter the mailbox number and password.

Do the users have Vxxx (where xxx is the users extension) under SourceNumbers ?
