We have an Avaya IP Office 500. We use 9608 and 9508 sets. We utilize a button for dial paging that hits all our phones. Is it possible to set the speaker phone volume to be at a default volume for all phones? So theoretically it can be changed per call but after they hang up can the volume be set back to a standard volume we decide? The concern is when the page all button is hit that some people have their speaker phone volume turned down and can't hear the announcement.
