Default Operator DN

We have a Norstar DR5 system with Flash.
I am trying to change the default operator DN.
I enter the feature number, the password and change the DN to the desired one, but the calls still go to the old DN.
I have rebooted the system, but still not luck
If I go back into feature 982 it shows the new extension, but the calls dont go there.

Any ideas?

Where is your prime set set to, may have to go to that new extension

Check the attendant set under f983 for that table.

I'm not sure what you mean by the Prime, but if you mean the System Coordinator Mailbox is set to the default of DN12. The General Delivery mailbox is set to the default of DN10

As Rik states you need to change the Attendant DN under F983/AA/Table/1 Press OK or NEXT untill you see ATDNT:2??

Perhaps you should explain exactly which "operator" function you are trying to access. Do you mean:
- the internal zero?
-the operator a caller will go to when answered by an auto attendant?
- or the extension a caller will go to when zeroing out from a mailbox?
