Please any one have an idea how the disconnect timer can be done to
resolve this issue

Your a little vague on this issue...just what are you trying to accomplish with this trunk group?

...bob...

old Phone Guy says try to reverse the cross-connect. Either on the Dmarc or the MDF to the port on the PBX. If using white/blue make it Blue/white. On one side only. Loop start trunks are polarity sensitive.

hope this makes sense
ED

1a2 to ip I seen it all

They might be ground start in which case they will need to be grounded/>

I had this issue in a location with na Hitachi HCX5000. I switched the trunks from ground to loop and reorder tone (fast busy) when dial 9 and incomming hangup----reverse the t and r polarity and works perfect
