1/ You can't. The IPO only issues it's own address as the gateway.
2/ Add in the routing table the following:
IP Address: <leave blank>
IP Mask: <leave blank>
Gateway IP address: <ip address of the ne default gateway>
Destination: LAN1
Metric: <leave blank>
ProxyARP: <leave unchecked>
The IPO will still issue it's self as the default gateway, but forward all IP traffic that is not local to the gateway listed in the above configuration. If you want to issue any additional information via DHCP (i.e. Time Servers, bootp files, etc.) you'll have to use a different DHCP server (W2K, etc.)
