Default CPN when calling a number externaly to a PRG with EHDU on display of mobile.

When calling a number which has a PRG with a deskphone and a mobile (ehdu), on the display of the mobile is the default CPN presented.
This is when the originating number send his number.
When the originator doesn't send his number the display of the mobile presents Private Number.

If you want no number simply enable CPN Restriction.

I just want restriction on EHDU from external.
So only if you call the EHDU from public, and not internal.
