Hi all,

This is most likely an easy one, but I can't figure out how to do it...
One of our users gets large attachments from our consultants, and once she has detached them, she no longer needs the attachments, but would like to keep the emails. Is there a way for us to delete the attachments from her emails, without deleteing the email itself?

Thanks in Advance,

Will

If you right click on the message, you can select edit. Click on the attachment and delete it. Then close the message by clicking on the cross next to it in the heading bar. You will be given four options, one of which is save only. select this. The text will still be there, but the attachemtn will have gone.

Another way is to create a agent in the users mailfile ( in the mailfile template) for deleting the attachments. The agent can then also write the names of the attachments who are deleted.
