Dedicating a line

Right now, all of our phones are set up in a pool. No outside lines are dedicated to specific phones except the main line. I am now trying to set up a couple lines that will go directly to phones to bypass the receptionist and am unable to find documentation. Any help would be appreciated!

First, take them out of any line pools, and make sure that they're not in any phone company hunt groups.

Then just add the line to the DN that you want it to appear on, and select Ring & Appear, Ring Only or Appear only.

Note: If someone calls in on a dedicated line, it won't roll over to another line if your using that line. To do that you'll need to set up call forwarding on busy.
