Guys - I keep trying to streamline my dedicated server so unnecessary processes wont run but every time I kill take it out of memory it comes back. I’m not sure what services need to be disabled and which ones are critical.
I am running HTML / ASP / DHTML / FLASH AND VBSCRIPT is there any software out there – (freeware or otherwise) that allows you (with a click) to setup the server for lowest possible CPU load by removing the un-needed processes and services???
