Need to increase the hearing volume on a dect set, any idea which parameters to chg from the DECT manager? I know it is one of the Db settings but which one it is and how much should i set?

Can you list the possible settings? I am not familiar with a DECT set but I may be able to assist in determining which one.

I have the below choices:

Level 1 - low frequency (db): -13.86
Level 2 - low Frequency (db): -11.86
A/D loss Pad - handset to system (db):0
A/D loss Pad - system to handset (db):0

My guess is that you likely need to change it at the phone set level as those don't seem to be values for a set but values for the system.

With most Nortel phones they have a volume adjustment on the phone, but they may have to be on a call before you see that option. Good luck.

I increased successfully the volume on the dect sets by setting:
A/D loss Pad - handset to system (db) & A/D loss Pad - system to handset (db) to a value of 5
