Dect R4 with 3720 CLIP

Hello,
IP500 5.0 with Avaya dect R4 and 3720 handset's.
By incoming call I only see the CLIP when the call is answered. That's a little too late..
The same handset's I tried on a old avaya IPdect system. Then I see the CLIP direct when the phone is ringing.
Any idea??

Still no solution.
Didn't anyone some tests with dect R4??

Works for me.
Did you upgrade the 3720 with the latest firmware ?
