Hello everyone, is it possible to have 2 master base in the same sytem in provisionning mode?
I already have 8 base with around 30 Ip dect 3725,
My customer will have another building across the street and i'm not sure that the base in building B will be able to see a Base in building A.
I have to put 8 other base station in building B.
Is there any other way to do it??
Thanks

Forgot...IP500V2 Release 7.0(27) if neccessary.. :)

the simple answer is yes as long as the second master base is in a cluster more than 90dB away from the first master. (there will be no handover though)

It will not be a dect master but a sync master.
So the actual basestation is a slave but set as sync master.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Even better mobility licences or upgrade to R8 and get them free and £10 pay and go mobiles cheap as chips ....im now going to avoid a bullet from our sales manager!!

That is not the same as dect!
But the free twinning is very useful indeed.

Yes ....put the one across the street in it's own sync region . Had to do this last week and it worked like a charm.

It's only dialtone!!!

I'm trying to do this but my phones at the remote site can not receive incoming calls. Building #1 has one dect set as the master and in its own air such region. Building#2 has two dects. One is set as a slave and master for air synch. The second dect in building #2 is set as a slave and is also a slave in the air sync region. The phones can dial out just fine but can not recieve incoming calls from external or internal callers.
