Dect R4 phones will not subscribe 2

Trying to add a couple 3725's to an existing Dect R4 install and the phones will not subscribe. System is in Provision mode and the users/extensions show up in the dect base station interface after creating them in the IPO but when we attempt to subscribe it fails. Event viewer on the base station throws the errors below. Any idea what might be going on here? Thanks!

On the user tab, go with your mouspointer to a user you want to subscripe.

Then, you will see a popup to enable subscription.

Only if you have provisioning with Subscribtions > Preconfigured option set, then use Okkie26 advise.
If you have provisioning with Subscribtions > Auto-Create then registration is always on.
If you have provisioning with Subscribtions > Disabled then you cannot subscribe new handsets.

But I think there is another problem, use monitor with the filter Services > HTTP enabled and in Call > IP Dect and IP Dect messages enabled.
Look for the cause of the error.

Okkie26 - Thanks, we got it working! Didn't know about the need to click the IPEI for subscription and my vendor is useless when it comes to Dect.
