We have a customer with 3720 phones + DECT R4 who isn't happy with the call list only displaying numbers. When he is called internally or externally the callers name if available is displayed, If he misses a call and looks in the call list only the number and not the name is listed. I notice that the AIWS 2 has “centralised phonebook and corporate directory access” Has anyone got an AIWS in service that can confirm if it would resolve the problem?
