DECT R4 3725 new install 1

Hello,

New DECT R4 install on IP500V2 9.1(7).

Can web browse to the RBS and it's seen in system status.

Getting a Not Synched error in web browser for the RBS.

Handsets will not subscribe.

Tried provisioned and non-provisioned install.

SARI is installed.

Customer's IT consultant insisted on installing this on a VLAN. (Their IP phones are up and running on the VLAN, as is the controller.)

Is that why it won't register? If not, any other suggestions?

Go to device overview and add the base station with the link at the right end.

Each base station consists of two parts. A controller (only used by the master base station) and a radio. Even on the master base station the radio has to be registered with tha controller part.

So you need to resolve the installation issue with the base station before you bother about registering handsets.
you need to work through your Master base station step by step

Every time I add the radio to the base its connected to I laugh at that having to be done. Its a simple step that a lot of people tend to overlook.
