DECT phones not ringing

Hello all,

Wondering if you can help me with a problem I am having. I have an IP Office running all the latest SW levels. We are having a problem with the DECT phones sporadically not ringing. You are however able to ring out from them . . . Normally a reset of the alog module will bring the ring back.
Anyone come across anything similar?

Any pointers greatly appreciated!

What version software are you running

I had this problem on the original Version 3.0 release

It effected all analog extensions

3.0 (44) or 3.0 (59) fixed the problem

Are they connected to analouge ports. If so try turning off Caller Display Type (CLI)

Make sure that if your running 2.1 then you leave the pots module on 2.1.27 (you can have the main unit on 2.1.44 though you cant use the main units 2 pots)

Known issue as per GA release notes of outstanding issues.
