DECT Phones 4025 unable to subscribe

Hello Guys,

I have a customer who had his datacenter shifted, and so also the Nortel CS1kS. Currently everything is working fine except the Nortel DECT phones 4025. They have DMC 8 card- 2 in number.

1> Since the old config was not working, we configured the TN's afresh for DECT.
2> The base station blinks the Green LED.
3> we go to MAT ---> View/Boards --> Synchronize to DMC ---->the MAT gives the pin (say 5656)..--->when we type the same pin on the Nortel 4025 phone for subsciption it just keeps on trying and then gives up and states <please subscribe>....

Also on the OTM it shows RTD as CHANGED.. alrm desciption states --- dct202 maintenance action.
