Hi
We have a campus wide Wifi network which we were intending to run Wireless IP Handsets from.
However, the decision has been made to have a dedicated infrastructure for a DECT solution, so VoWLAN has been ruled out.
Considering the site has been surveyed and we have full Wifi coverage across campus, would it be safe to assume that putting DECT base stations in the same locations as the wifi access points would provide adequate coverage?
Or to ask another way, is wifi coverage much the same as DECT coverage. Would there be any interference considerations?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
