decrypt ssl

I am looking for a utility that will decrypt ssl traffic using the public key.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You need the private key form the webserver to do that unleass you're useing man in the middle technique...

I never did figure this out, although it is no longer necessary unless out of general interest.

I have the private key from the webserver. It is not necessary for me to use man in the middle.

I tried using a couple pieces of software for the windows platform but to no avail.
