decrease 128bit criptography 1

I have that problem: in a windows NT4 workstation with "Sp4 italian 128bit criptography capabilities" I need to upgrade to "Service Pack 6A Italian" wich hasn't got 128bit criptography capabilities.
When I start the installation of service pack 6a wizard says that is impossible to upgrade to service pack 6a problem due to the criptography. How do I bypass the problem withoud formatting the machine?

I'm sure that no document has been previously criptographed.
