Decommission Avaya Merlin Legend

Hello,

How would I go about decommisioning the Voicemail Server and still keep it useable enough for resale? The main thing I am interested in removing is the voicemails left from before.

Also, I would be interested in knowing what information would be useful in going about selling the server and switch. Maybe also whom might be buying these things. It is a solid unit with IP capability.

It has IP upgradeability with the appropriate cards and licensing.
