I have installed the DecisionStream 7.1 installed on a Windows XP with SP2. I am able to run Fact and Dimesnion builds. But when I try to execute a JobStream it crashes and in the Application Log I see the following message:-

Description:
Faulting application rundsjob.exe, version 7.1.778.0, faulting module rundsjob.exe, version 7.1.778.0, fault address 0x0000167c.

The Symantec AV's Auto-protect is disabled. The Windows FireWall is also disabled.

If any of you have encountered this problem or are aware of solution please help me.

Thanks in advance.
Ananda

Run the jobstream from the command line to see every message DOS is kicking out. Turn on all logging for it as well.

Thanks for your reply.I performed the same from the command line and observe the same behavior.

Actually it fails at the starting point itself. After the licensing information it provides the following details and then crashes:

jobstream -- start run (23-Feb-2006 16:16:21)

I have not been able to run any jobstream from my command line.

Thanks & regards,
Ananda
