Decision Stream: "Delivery Module ... not authorized!" 1

I am new to DS though I have experience in other ETL tools.
I am trying to execute several dimension/fact builds -- even builds from Cognos manual (DS_Lessons Catalog) -- and I am getting the following failure messages in a dos-command window:

when I try to execute dimension build:
DS-AUTH-E002: 'Star/Snowflake Support' not authorized.
Press Enter to continue

when I try to execute fact build:
DS-AUTH-E002: Delivery Module 'TABLE' not authorized.
[PROGRESS - 10:24:06] Failed on Build 'LOAD_PRODUCT'
databuild -- failed <30-Sep-2002 10:24:06>
Press Enter to continue

These are the messages. Please advice ...

Hi Loukes,
That message usually means that you don't have a proper authorization key for DecisionStream. Without the key, you can design builds but not execute them.

Contact Cognos for a license key. I believe you can get a 30 day evaluation copy of DecisionStream at no cost on their web site.

That was the case indeed! The message was related to having a proper authorization key for DecisionStream.

I tried to find out a Key in the COgnos site, but it says it needs a Technical user support id...

Can any one have evealuation key?
